2. Payment: All purchases of NFTs must be made using the Polygon network. Buyers must provide accurate payment information and ensure that they have sufficient funds to complete the purchase.

3. Transfer of Ownership: Once the payment is confirmed, ownership of the NFT is transferred from the seller to the buyer. The transfer is irreversible and non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer: The creator and/or owner of the NFTs make no warranties, express or implied, about the NFTs, including but not limited to their quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability: The creator and/or owner of the NFTs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the NFTs.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creator and/or owner of the NFTs resides.

10. Modifications: The creator and/or owner of the NFTs reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the OpenSea platform.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By purchasing and/or owning an NFT from this collection, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood them.
